Lake Kilby rezoning request (RZN2021-00018), which was supposed to appear before the Planning Commission on December 20, will not be up for public hearing this year. There are staff comments that the applicant needs to address, so this will push this rezoning request and the public hearing into the new year. CARE4Suffolk will continue to monitor this and keep everyone updated.
