If you are concerned about a posted notice from the city near your neighborhood, we ask that you first call the city and find out more about the notice. You should contact the City of Suffolk Planning Department at 757-514-4060. They will need to know the notice number on the sign (e.g. RZN2022-007) or the address of the location. 

You will need to find out if it is a rezoning request, a variance request, etc. and the details about what the owner is planning for the property.
